Help for desperate

I am a mother of 6,  3 from a previous marriage, 1 step son and 2 with new husband, I have been fighting to get full custody of my three children, who have been placed temporarly in my custody because of  sexual abuse and neglect , I have had to hire an attorney so the divorce decree can be modified, I can't afford to go to work because of the costs of daycare and gas, and the maintaing of the home is a constant job for me,  my husband's work has cut back on their overtime which is atleast 500 a month, and by state standards he makes to much to qualify for any assistance, my attorney fees are looking like its going to run us around 7-10,000, if DFS had did their job in the first place I wouldn't have to hire an attorney, but since the children in question won't tell them a name they won't persue any action, but it has been proven that there has been sexual abuse in the home of their father, what can a person in my situation do but to go into debt to fight for the protection of my children,( if also at the time of my divorce from their father I didn't have a mental break down because of the abuse I sustained from him, and this was the only way I could get the divorce is  if I let him have everything, and I have been paying for this mistake for years now, so if any person with a heart or a dollar  or any assistance to donate to my crisis would be truely appreciated, Thank you, desperate housemother! bricheson@sbcglobal.net / http://www.webjam.com/momneedsrelief
